We have a few requests and rules to make yours and everyones after you the best stay it can be.

• Unfortunately we do not accept pets at the cabin.

• This site is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

• Check In - 4pm

• Check out - 10.00am unless by prior arrangement.

Please be aware that care must be taken when walking to the lodge or around the woodland. You must be aware that you are responsible for your own safety. You will be staying in an unsupervised location, which is uneven underfoot and various hazards of a woodland.

Wood burners and BBQ’s can be dangerous, there is an air vent in the room, but the wood burner must have the door closed at all times whilst burning.

We accept no responsibility for any misadventures.

Maximum number of people is 2 adults sharing. We reserve the right to refuse admission if this is not adhered to, without a refund.

Insurance -  You are responsible for taking out the appropriate personal travel insurance for all members of the booking.

You are responsible to behave in an appropriate and legal manner whilst staying at the cabin. Having due respect for the property and surrounding area. We reserve the right to ask the booking party and guests to leave the property before the end of their stay without refund, if this is not adhered to.

A booking is confirmed on receiving full payment for the duration of the stay.

A deposit of 50% on booking. The deposit will be refunding according the the cancellation policy.

Full booking balance must be paid 28 days before arrival.

The owners reserve the right to cancel a booking at any time, with all monies paid refunded.
